To Participate
The purpose of this website is to help artists and writers join together to stake a claim to the creative patterns (the cognitive algorithms) embedded in all their creative work. We encourage you to join us in this effort by documentING the process by which you became an artist with your own creative identity, oR SIMPLY CONTACTING US VIA EMAIL (SEE CONTACT PAGE) AND ALLOWING US TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME AS PART OF A GROWING LIST OF ARTISTS WHO WILL FORM A “CLASS” THAT WILL ENABLE A CLASS ACTION STATING THE NEED FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW REFORM IN THE FACE OF EMERGENT GENERATIVE AI TECHNOLOGY. YOUR DECISION TO ADD YOUR NAME TO THE LIST CAN BE MADE PUBLIC, OR PRIVATE, THE CHOICE IS YOURS.
AI developers openly state in their legal arguments that their goal is to copy the creative patterns inherent in all human media [1], and they justify their non-consensual approach to this appropriation by making a further claim that copying the patterns of human creativity is legal under “fair use”.
However, In order for the copying to be legal under fair use, the developers have to prove that the patterns of human creativity they have appropriated are “non-expressive.” Fortunately, that claim is problematic, since you use your creative patterns for any expression you make. Copying these patterns should therefore be understood: 1. as a violation of copyright and, 2. as an attempt to steal your creative identity.
We need your help to prove this is the case by showing: how you developed the patterns of your creativity, how those patterns drive all the expression in your work, and how they produce your creative identity.
For your reference, we have created a document that goes into depth about the nature of creative patterns, cognitive algorithms and their relationship to AI development.

We encourage you to develop the story of your evolution into the artist you are today and to explore the rights violations mentioned above. We welcome participation from artists and writers at all levels of the craft, and we are happy to work with you on this. We will happily post links to your work here on this page (with headshots and bios if you would like), so that you can join this collective action while keeping THE ORIGINAL ART UNDER YOUR CONTROL and in the process, INTRODUCING NEW PEOPLE TO YOUR WORK.
